For children, the concept of time is an endless ocean, inconsistent, constantly moving where islands of memory float peacefully.
I have a whole array of childhood memories,
but I cannot measure them, date them or place them on a time scale. In the moment I chose to portray I attempt to capture the entire memory continuum, in one single illustration
